Azurite Fitness 2.2: Personal and unique enhancements

We are today excited to introduce Azurite Fitness 2.2, with a host of visual improvements and a brand-new way for you to interact with us and give us your views to help us improve

the app for all.

Feedback Centre update

Today we are introducing a change to the Feedback Centre user experience, to help users return to context when they open the details of a piece of feedback along with some other changes that we think you will appreciate.

First off, we have updated how we display Feedback Details when a user selects a piece of feedback. Rather than being navigated away to a different page, we now display the feedback in a popup dialog. We have also taken this chance to update how we display the details themselves, removing the dual card layout from before and using colour in the lower third to show difference between the content. What this change also means, is that you can return to Feedback Centre with ease, and land straight back where you were, keeping you within context rather than taking you back to the top of the feedback list.

We have also now added the ability for users to submit comments about feedback directly to us. We value greatly input on all potential features or ideas, or even adding information that could help us solve a problem. We want to create a greater connection with all of our users and are excited to see how this addition helps build upon that. All comments sent are kept strictly anonymous, as is all feedback as well as private, only seen by us at Azurite Fitness.

Font & Gradients Overhaul

We have introduced a massive overhaul to the fonts and styles used throughout the app, to ensure more consistency, bring clarity and ensure that we can build more consistent visual experiences as we move forward creating new experiences for users. Users may notice better use of textual styles throughout the app, enabling emphasis where it is required and making text easier to read on every surface.

We have also made a small change to all of the gradients that are used across the app. We have stopped using the darker tones on all gradients and have changed them to brighter hues to bring a more vibrant, lighter tone across the entire app.

Overhauled Gym Card, Updated Motivation timer & New Sub-focuses

Version 2.2 now introduces a more streamlined gym experience to take up as little space on the dashboard as possible. To do this, we have now removed the circular progress ring and replaced it with a linear bar, whilst flattening out the numerical values shown under the bar. Plus, once you have logged your session, the log button still disappears and reduces the space taken up by the card again. These changes all mean that more of the content below can peek through for quick, glanceable insights.

We have also introduced a small new addition that allows users who select the "Body Building" focus to choose a sub-focus, which will show alongside your main focus.

Finally, we have also added a new option for your Motivation if you decide to show a countdown to your goal on the Dashboard. Now, users can choose between a basic timer that only shows the number of days till your goal, or a full timer, which includes days, hours, minutes and seconds, giving you the opportunity to tune your visual experience to how you want it!

We are excited to be bringing these further refinements to all our users, improving your experience and giving you more. There is so much yet to come in 2024, so stay tuned later this year for what's coming next!

Keep pushing forward,

Tim C.
