Azurite Fitness Beta 2 - V1.0.1

Updated: Oct 14, 2020

It's been just over a week since our first ever beta release, and we have been working on a new update to fix some issues that a few of our users have been encountering. We are incredibly grateful to all our beta users for their feedback so far, and we cannot wait to bring more of what we have planned to the app.

Here is what's new in version 1.0.1 (8701)

Personal. Targets.

Today, we are releasing the first update that includes the Achieve dashboard. From here, you can create targets for yourself that you aim to achieve. We have designed this feature to be completely in your control, allowing you to create the target, mark it as complete when you feel it is complete, or delete it if you aren't happy with it. Plus, we give you access to your completed targets as well, so you can see just what you have achieved so far.

Your data. Your control.

Today, we are introducing the first of several improvements that will give you more control over your inputted data. For several features including body weight tracking and measure, Details View gives you access to all the data that you accumulate for all of the different metrics the features cover.

In this release, we are introducing deleting data to History view in Details View. To use delete, enter details view on a body weight tracking or measure metric and tap the history view toggle. Within this list of measurements, press and hold on the measurement you would like to delete. When the delete dialog appears, tap yes to delete the data. That's it, we will reload your data automatically so you can make sure you have all the latest data and no deleted items are left behind.

There is more coming in this area, so stay tuned in future updates!

Pull. Refresh.

We have added pull to refresh in the Health dashboard, so you can refresh your body weight tracking values manually. Just another way we want to make the app more reliable.

About. New.

We have added quick and easy access to our beta release blog in the Help & About settings page. So now, you can see information on any release we do, so you can stay in the know! Plus, the version number of the app is kept here, so you can easily identify which version you're on.

Registered. E-Mail.

We have updated the e-mail verification page to include the email address that is to be registered, just in the event you forgot the address you used!

Bugs. Squashed.

We have also fixed several issues to help make your experience even better:

  • We have changed how we load images that are included with the app, to make it more reliable.

  • We have made a change to numerical inputs throughout the app to prevent other characters from being entered by the user. This should prevent issues with data entry.

  • Other bug fixes and improvements.

We are looking forward to hearing what you think of these changes and improvements, as we work towards creating an app for all. There is plenty more still to come!

Keep safe and well,

Tim C.
