Azurite Fitness Share: 1.0.1

Today, we are releasing version 1.0.1 of Azurite Fitness Share, our first official update of the app. In this release, we have focused on some general improvements and tweaks to ensure the absolute best experience possible.

Written element tips

We know that writing pieces can be daunting, and sometimes it is difficult to know just what should be written. In this update, we have included some new tips on all elements that are written, such as instructions, warnings, descriptions and of course, tips. These are available to help you to write the elements in the most helpful way possible to ensure that every user who reads them knows exactly what the exercise is about, how to complete it, ways they could do the exercise differently and what to be careful of.

Instructions, warnings & tips redesign

We have given the instructions, warnings and tips input popups a bit of a redesign to give them a better look, but also to include the new tips UI that we have added. We have also updated the add button to make it more obvious, along with moving it below the instructions the user adds to keep the button close to the thumb of the user. It now also uses the secondary colour that is designed to complement the primary colour selected by the user.

Other fixes and improvements

  • We have made some changes to the home dashboard to make a little extra space by removing the home heading and placing the welcome and profile image into the top bar.

  • We have updated the buttons in the exercise details page to place the icons to the left of the button text.

  • We have updated all the different detail popups to reduce the space to the sides of the content to provide a better visual experience across the app.

We hope that these improvements will make your experience better, along with making it clearer regarding the text-based inputs that exercises can have. We always look forward to hearing what our users think and hearing your feedback, so do let us know what you think!

Let's keep moving forward together,

Tim C.
